Lexus Lease Agreement

I have my Lexus IS350 F-Sport for 2 of 3 years, my second Lexus lease for that matter. And I wanted something new, I was interested in the Tesla Model 3, but they don`t accept trade-ins. So I had to withdraw from my lease. I listed my car on Swapalease.com and I had about 6 interested buyers, every time I called aKE to ask for an app, I got a different response, first they emailed me, then I got an email saying they were going to send it to me, months later I called back, they told me they would come back. I sent an email support 2-3 times more and they just told me to call the merchant, called the local traders 3 times, no one there had ever heard of a “money transfer” … Yes, that`s right. They tell me to call back the labour force investigation. I have asked for it at least half a dozen times by phone and email, and they refuse to ask me to get out of my lease. I will never buy Lexus again.

The garbage company. I am very disappointed with the way Lexus handles the recall on my RX 2019. The Corporate Satisfaction Office is not looking to help financially with a discount… Currently, they are offering a rental car worth $35 a day to replace my 2019 RX until Lexus discovers the problem and finds the solutions. I brought a Lexus for quality. Right now, I just have to drive a Camy that has no navigation or CD drive, while I pay for a Lexus car (750.00 months); I called the company headquarters to ask for some sort of compensation for the need. I call several times and they said, “While we`re giving you a car to drive,” you can`t compare apples to oranges. Help me use this car to note that I paid, but I don`t drive. It was more than a month… In the financial department, please write me a check for my Carnote 2019 Lexus RX350, which I haven`t driven in over a month, and now they tell me end of June…

It`s not fair. At the end of your lease, you have the option to buy your vehicle, rent another vehicle or simply return your vehicle. You should also explore your options, watch an inspection, complete plans and prepare to light your vehicle. Learn more about the end of leasing options.
